Information you provide
When you submit a contact, assessment, feedback, or career form, Neuralyx receives the information you enter and any files you intentionally attach.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, evaluate project fit, process applications, provide requested services, maintain security, and improve the website experience.
Analytics
The website records limited interaction counts, page paths, referring domains, and campaign parameters. A random identifier lasts only for the current browser session and helps prevent duplicate journey counts. We respect browser Do Not Track settings and do not use these events to build advertising profiles.
Assistant storage
If you use the AI assistant, its conversation history and any contact details it detects are stored in your browser for up to 30 days. You can remove them at any time by clearing the conversation.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, deliver email, host infrastructure, or respond to your request. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
